Here at Enduro Tags, we know privacy is important to you – it is to us too. That’s why we’re committed to maintaining your trust by protecting your privacy, keeping you informed about how we handle your personal information and keeping your personal information safe and secure.

Enduro Tags will collect and store personal information only when we are contacted directly by a customer or through a third party who is buying product  from us. This could be done by:

Your information is stored in an encrypted and password secured format on our server

What personal information do we collect? and why?

We collect and store only the information that is required to process orders. This will include

a) address, postal and or property so that we can send your order and to verify NLIS tag orders are supplied only to the correct property
b) phone numbers to make it easy to contact
c) email for correspondence and sending NLIS bucket lists etc
d) order and invoice details
e) payment details
f) online store shopping details

The information we do store helps us to improve our quality of service to our customers and to meet our obligations, for instance to the NLIS when providing electronic tags.

What personal information do we share?

We will only share information in a limit set of circumstances where required:

a) regarding PIC and order details to the NLIS for NLIS orders
b) we will provide your name, phone number and email to Australia Post for postage delivery and sending on tracking details

We will not provide/sell your information to any other third party.

Access to personal information

You have a right to request access to your personal information, and we want to make it easy for you to do so. The information you would like access to may be on your Enduro Tags account if you have used the online store, or easily accessible by contacting our customer services team.

If you can’t find what you’re after, you can contact us via our details below. Once we receive your request, and subject to relevant privacy laws, we will respond to your request within a reasonable time – usually within 30 days. We ask that you identify, as clearly as possible, the type/s of information requested. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before we share information with you.

We may not be able to provide access to all your personal information. In some situations, the law permits us to refuse your request to provide you with access to your personal information. For example, where giving access to your information would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of other individuals, or would pose a serious threat to the life, health, or safety of any individual or to public health or public safety.

Correction of personal information

Ensuring your personal information is accurate and up to date is crucial for the delivery of many of our services, and you have a right to request the correction of your personal information. We try to make this easy for you, and you’ll see opportunities to update your details throughout our product and service offerings, such as your Enduro Tags online account. How we handle complaints

We understand that from time to time, you may have queries or concerns about how we handle your personal information. We’re committed to working with you to obtain a fair resolution of any of your complaints or concerns about privacy.

Our customer services team is well equipped to assist and respond to many requests and if you raise a privacy concern requiring further escalation, your enquiry is sent through to our Privacy Office for review and guidance.
